Based on bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1024063 Previously, it was impossible to reboot a host without using Power > Management. In this release, it is now possible to shut down and reboot a > host without using Power Management. From the Management menu, a new option > called SSH Management is available, enabling administrators to select either > Restart or Stop.
Assigning to Avital for review. Avital, you'll need to review our current instructions for rebooting/fencing hosts to remove any mention of Power Management being *the only way* to reboot/fence a host, and add some instructions for using the 'SSH Management' option as an alternative to Power Management. It looks like this content would fit in the Administration Guide in this section: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.1/html-single/administration_guide/#sect-Host_Tasks
