Description of problem:
I have GA installed on the VM, but when I set different timezone/os in edit VM than it actually is inside the VM, no warning is shown. I have set Pacific/Apia (-11) timezone and FreeBSD for a VM which has CET timezone and RHEL7.3.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install GA in the VM and shutdown
2. set different timezone/os in edit VM than it is inside the VM and start it
3. check warnings for the VM

no warning

warning about timezone/os mismatch
