Description of problem:
When arbiter volume is created from UI i see that arbiter flag is not present in the brick path for arbiter bricks. Attaching screenshot for the same.

ovirt-engine-4.1.0.2-0.1.el7.noarch


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest ovirt
2. Now create a arbiter volume from UI
3. click on Bricks subtab

Actual results:
I see that arbiter flag is not present in the brick path for arbiter brick.

Expected results:
Arbiter flag should be present in the brick path for arbiter brick.

Verified and works fine with build Red Hat Virtualization Manager Version: 4.1.2.2-0.1.el7.

When an arbiter volume is created from UI, arbiter flag is present in the brick path for arbiter brick.
