javadoc now disallows script elements by default. Use the option --allow-script-in-comments to let it accept script elements.

Please see the first item under "Change" in the upstream release notes for the u121 release: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/8u121-relnotes-3315208.html. It doesn't make sense for Fedora to diverge from upstream here.

It's a security fix, so we'll not be reverting this.
