The man page is already available and generated during the qemu build. However it is not packaged.

Let's include it in the "qemu-kvm-tools" package, where also the "kvm_stat" tool itself lives. So "man kvm_stat" in the host will actually show some information about the kvm_stat tool and how to use it.
