The patch that we applied to be able to continue.

Description of problem:

The location of the volume Qos tests has been changed. They were in tempest.api.volume.test_qos and are now in tempest.api.volume.admin.test_qos. Could you please adjust the tempest_tests.json file.

How reproducible:

redhat-certification-openstack-4.3-20161220.el7.noarch

Run a certification test with "qos" in supported_apis_and_extensions and --type cinder on OSP10.
