Hostdeploy log from Engine

Description of problem:

When adding a host to oVirt in any way, so Approve a Registered host or Add one Manually the installation fails and the host is the host Non Responsive.

After some investigation with Douglas I we found this:

 Name                 State      Autostart     Persistent
----------------------------------------------------------
 ;vdsmdummy;          active     no            no


No ovirtmgmt interface.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

CentOS 7.3

Ovirt Engine 4.0.6

VDSM : # rpm -q vdsm
vdsm-4.18.21-1.el7.centos.x86_64


How reproducible:

Add a host to the oVirt engine


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh host for VDSM
2. Add it to oVirt
3.

Actual results:

Non-responsive host and no ovirtmgmt interface


Expected results:

Active host with ovirtmgmt interface
