Description of problem:
Please test ansible modules in ansible 2.3 when released. Currently we are waiting for ansible team to realese 2.3

The modules are @ https://github.com/ansible/ansible-modules-extras/tree/devel/cloud/ovirt

Since 2.3 modules are actually here:

 https://github.com/ansible/ansible/tree/devel/lib/ansible/modules/cloud/ovirt

Moving to MODIFIED, when Ansible 2.3 is released we can move to ON_QA.
