Description of problem: GDAL module is missing. Cannot import or export files using gdal. Other modules that depends on it also fails. The messages disappeared. However, after removing the two, the error messages are not coming back. This needs further investigation.

After first run, saga doesn't try to load the failed modules, so all the displayed modules reports "okay"
