This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
Was successfully built on 2017-02-17: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=844654 so closing. We have KDE live composes again, too.
