Description Xiaolin 2017-02-10 10:26:49 UTC
Description of problem:
When resize window to half width, the "Details" text disappears. Other header text such as "Triggers" has no this problem. Not related to browser type.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openshift v3.5.0.18+9a5d1aa
kubernetes v1.5.2+43a9be4
etcd 3.1.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application using any images on web console

2. Go to "/console/project/<project_name>/browse/builds/<bc_name>, click Configuration tab

3. Resize window to smaller

Actual results:
3. Text "Details" disappears in Configuration tab. See attached screenshot

Expected results:
3. Text "Details" should be kept like other header text such as "Triggers"

This is on purpose. We add the "Details" heading when we switch to the two-column layout mainly so things line up.
