The doc text in BZ#1417757 provides information on a new feature in CloudForms that allows users to configure how RHV environments are discovered. This feature is in response to a change in RHV itself whereby requests using IP addresses are rejected.

This doc text needs to be made into its own section under "Discovering Infrastructure Providers", outlining how to configure discovery for RHV providers -
