Description of problem:
Add Confirm 'Host has been Rebooted' button to the Hosts main tab, just like we have in the new ui design for 'Installation' and 'Management'. 
This is the only button which missing and exist only when pressing the right click on the mouse.

The button "Confirm 'Host has been Rebooted'" has been added in the Hosts tab menu under the Management section.
Correct functionality of the button is also verified.
