Description of problem:

 purge-cluster does not remove calamari-server packages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ceph-ansible-2.1.6-1.el7scon.noarch


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure calamari-server packages are installed
2. purge the cluster
3. run rpm -qa| grep calamari-server on mon node

Actual results:
calamari-server not removed

Expected results:
calamari-server removed

v2.1.8 of upstream ceph-ansible is incoming which will include the fix for this BZ.

Verified on ceph ansible ceph-ansible-2.1.9-1.el7scon.noarch
