As a clarification - this user story is about a basic deployer making a high level parameter setting, and the basic settings being available and then more advanced settings being exposed for the user to fill. 

The selection of parameters based on high level parameters is addressed in another BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1422228
