Description of problem:
The button for switching between the primary and secondary color in Pinta does not work. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Pinta 1.6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Pinta in Centos
2. Open Pinta 
3. Select a secondary color, and click the switch colors button. 

Actual results:
Does not change. 

Expected results:
It should change.
