Description of problem:
Entities under /api/templates collection have "delete" action with "DELETE" method available, but unlike entities in other collections (e.g. service_dialogs, blueprints, ...) they are missing "delete" action with "POST" method.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create template
2. check under /api/templates/:id that there is not "delete" action with "POST" method available

Verified that now there are delete actions with POST and DELETE.
