Description of problem:
Blender cannot be installed due to a requires tag set for libboost_system.so.1.60.0. The version of Boost currently available in Rawhide is 1.63

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
boost-system-1.63.0-3.fc26.x86_64
blender-2.78a-6.fc26.src.rpm

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install blender

Actual results:
Error: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libboost_system.so.1.60.0()(64bit) needed by blender-1:2.78a-6.fc26.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages)

Expected results:
Package installs

Additional info:
OpenImageIO-1.7.10-1.fc26.x86_64 has the same issue.

blender can't be rebuilt until OpenImageIO is rebuilt.

OpenImageIO build is failing, working on it now.
