Yuck, this one is going to be a problem :( qca relies on pkcss11-helper-devel, which uses openssl-devel but qt5-qtbase uses compat-openssl10-devel (which conflicts with openssl-devel) And besides, you don't want to pull in both openssl and compat-openssl10 into the same process anyway.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
