This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.

Possible patch for openssl 1.1 compatibility

In addition to the openssl 1.1 issue addressed in the attached patch I also have a warning from cmake:

CMake Warning (dev) at include/CMakeLists.txt:3 (configure_file):
  configure_file called with unknown argument(s):
