This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
This is caused by OpenSSL 1.1 that changed API: tls.c: In function 'tls_init_dhparams_default': tls.c:111:7: error: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type 'DH {aka struct dh_st}' dh->p = BN_bin2bn(RFC3526_PRIME_2048, sizeof RFC3526_PRIME_2048, NULL); ^~
