This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
A simple rebuild seems to have worked: There was a failure on x86_64, which was passing in another rebuild afterwards on F27. The build on F26 worked in the first try: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=866604
