Taking. The cause of this FTBFS is this spec using perl, but perl not being in buildroots by default anymore.

As the only perl invocation in this package is a regex-one-liner inside of this spec and sed is being used elsewhere, I am going to replace the perl use-case with an equivalent sed one-liner.
