1. Step up a oscap on satellite 
2. Step up a policy
3. try to view the policy dashboard

Actual results:
Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong undefined method `render_widget' for #<#<Class:0x007fec11577880>:0x00000006d9d978>


Expected results:
Policy dashboard should be displayed
