Description of problem:
The socket sent and received ICMPv6 packet does not bind to the
interface in ping6 -I option

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
iputils-s20160308

How reproducible:
Check the code and print log message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.check the code and print the message at at socket bind function.


Actual results:
No log for binding the socket to device.


Expected results:
Show log info for binding the socket to device.


Additional info:
Community have submit patch to fix this issue.
