This is cause by upgrading perl-Gearman from 1.130.004-1.fc25 to 2.002.003-1.fc26.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
This is a regression in perl-Gearman.
Will be fixed in alpha v2.003_002.
The was another regression in Gearman tests. Version 2.003.001 is fine.
