Description of problem: "Error: Unable to update default quotas" raised when tried update quotas in Horizon. Dialog "Update Default Quotas" appears with empty fields "Key Pairs" and "Length of Injected File Path". (see attached screenshot) Even you type default quotas such as "100" and "255" you will get 2 messages: 1st - successful update and 2nd - error (see attached screenshot) Warning raised in horizon.log file "2017-02-21 18:32:42,221 1004737 WARNING horizon.exceptions Recoverable error: 'key_pairs'" CLI works w/o errors. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rhos-release-10-p-2017-02-15.1 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on "Update Defaults" 2. Fill correct quotas in fields "Key Pairs" and "Length of Injected File Path". 3.
