Description of problem: An issue with entitlements was discovered too late in the testing cycle to properly address for QCI 1.1. The fix is currently scheduled for QCI 1.2. End-users may encounter situations where Hosts may appear un-entitled. To resolve, please configure and run virt-who against the affected hypervisors.
