This update adds a new user details page to the dashboard. Might require updates to "Introduction to the OpenStack Dashboard" and/or "Users and Identity Management Guide"

Spoke with Martin.  Looks like this is more appropriate in the release notes, as the Dashboard documentation doesn't go into this level of detail.
