In the Horizon dashboard, on the Volume page, there is a button to ""Initiate Transfer"" of a volume from one instance/project to another. On that screen, the admin is required to record 2 important values, ""auth_key"" and ""id"".
The OpenStack dashboard should give the user the ability to save a csv of the values or copy both to the clipboard.

Might require a modification to an existing documented process but not sure which guide it affects

Tried to use new feature but it doesn't seem to be included in the dev puddle.  Will wait a week and check again.
