Description of problem:

If it doesn't have proper write access to an existing backupgc.log, standalone.sh will hang.  The file mv should use the -f flag.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. touch $EAP_HOME/standalone/log/backupgc.log.current
2. chmod 444 $EAP_HOME/standalone/log/backupgc.log.current
3. touch $EAP_HOME/standalone/log/gc.log.current
4. ./standalone.sh and note hang

Actual results:

Standalone.sh start hangs


Expected results:

Standalone.sh start does not hang

Server starts normally, verified for EAP-6.4.15.CP.CR3;
