One of tests in openigtlink 2.0 fails on ppc64 architecture. Looks like openigtlink may work incorrectly on big endian architectures. This issue was reported upstream: https://github.com/openigtlink/OpenIGTLink/issues/123

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.
