Description of problem:

There is a new feature in the ODL that is called "provider networks" and can be used to define existing physical networks that may be integrated into the OpenStack environment (more here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1377304).

Expected results:

Adding an example of a setup with VLAN to the Installation guide.
