The actions files exists in /storagedomains/<sd id>/files
but is missing from /datacenters/<dc id>/storagedomains/<sd id>/

In REST API, the action 'files' gives all the CD's information in the ISO storage domain, 
this action is missing from /datacenters/<dc id>/storagedomains/<sd id>/

Tal, does it make sense to list the 'files' of an ISO storage domain that isn't attached to a data center?

Should be possible, targeting to 4.2 as this is not a regression, we will fix it
