Between the 20170228.n.0 and the 20170302.n.0 Rawhide composes, the Workstation live image installer suddenly turned...very orange: https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/58752#step/_boot_to_anaconda/6 This breaks openQA, obviously, as all the interface elements it expects to be blue are now...orange. Was this an intentional change, or a mistake?
halfline says this is probably https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=779234 . Moving to mutter.
https://git.gnome.org/browse/mutter/commit/?id=95e9fa10ef20a23912186c0cc701ab8f5a97f1a0 may fix this, so I've sent F26 and Rawhide builds with that patch. We'll see how the tests go tomorrow.
Seems like that mutter patch didn't solve it :( It's in the 20170304.n.0 composes, but Workstation live installer is still orange. Perhaps the same problem exists on another code path?
mutter-3.23.91-3.fc26 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 26. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-264354dd11
OK, garnacho sent a further fix upstream and I backported that as 3.23.91-3 . In Rawhide it does indeed seem to solve the problem. So switching this bug to F26 and nominating as an Alpha freeze exception so we can fix it for F26 Alpha. I guess it's not a blocker as the installer probably still *works* fine, but this seems like a slam dunk FE.
+1 FE

Discussed in today's Blocker Review meeting. We really should ensure that the colorscheme of the installer matches the Fedora brand.
