Describe the issue: 
In due to fedorahosted.org was retired on 2017-03-01 (see link below) all the links pointing to fedorahosted.org are dead. I think that most of that occurrences should be fixed. If anybody knows about any other unmentioned incidence of fedorahosted.org in any Spacewalk docs, please leave it in a comment. 

Suggestions for improvement: 
All links starting with "http://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/" should be changed to "https://github.com/spacewalkproject/spacewalk/wiki/".
There are also fedorahosted.org/cobbler links, which are also dead. It seems, that new place for Cobbler wiki is at github.com/cobbler/cobbler/wiki.

These fixes provide Fedorahosted->Github relinking and some more link polishing. Packages will be built in the future by other commits, as this change affects most of the spacewalk packages.

There are still some links pointing to old cobbler wiki which does not exist.

The 9 instances where the fedorahosted links exist are all localized files - ie. non en_US files.  This means the changes should come from translators.
