Description of problem: When installing / upgrading F25 → F27: Error: Transaction check error: file /usr/bin/pygmentize from install of python3-pygments-2.2.0-2.fc27.noarch conflicts with file from package python-pygments-2.1.3-2.fc25.noarch Please add Conflicts so that dnf is able to detect this without failing the transaction.

I added "Conflicts: python-pygments < 2.2.0" for the Python 3 version to F26 and master (F27) builds.
