Before and after metrics selection

Description of problem:
When requesting to view metrics for any object other than Provider (pods,projects, replicators) the user is navigated back to the object's summary page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.0.3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Pods(or Projects, Replicators)
2.Select Monitoring --Utilization


Actual results:
User is navigated back to object's summary page

Expected results:
C & U page (dates + graphs) should be shown

This one looks like result of show partial refactoring, can you please take a look and reassign with comments on how to resolve the issue.

Do we know what was the cause for this?
Because we saw something similar in 5.7 with bug 1432296 so we'll have to check if by any chance it is something that got backported.
