I didn't realize it was already a package in Fedora until I ran fedora-review on my SRPM and saw that there's already a package (I only checked on my rawhide box with dnf search first). Anyways, I've written a spec file for nodejs-grunt-contrib-copy-1.0.0 if you'd like to use it (attached). If you would like me to take care of the package, you can grant bowlofeggs ACLs on the package and I'll take care of it. Thanks!
