I tried to duplicate an order and I took a look at the API requests. The API responded as expected. I believe the issue could be with API and how it handles the duplicate API call. Please consult with the API team to investigate.
Closing as duplicating a service order should not provision the services - this is working as intended. If you believe this to still be an issue feel free to re-open with more information provided.
Hi TIm , Can you please tell what is the purpose of duplicate order ? It just creates and empty order now. Thanks, Shveta
Can confirm, the behavior here is a little muddled, looking into will report back shortly.
When I said shortly I meant.... :P so good news on this front, duplicating orders that were of state cart caused a huge mess, that is now resolved here: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/14564#issuecomment-290401287 shortly there will be a pr that will add duplicated orders to the cart :+1:

Created attachment 1346095 [details] OH ok that behavior is changed, if you click on the carat, thing on the farthest left, you'll see... this can still duplicate orders.
OK checked - able to duplicate order and provision service.
