Description of problem:
Installer installs Docker on NFS node when (global) containerized=true even though Docker is not used for anything there. Perhaps the byo/example configuration could be amended with a note that, like lb, nfs is not supporting containerized mode yet or should not install Docker on NFS node if not used.

containerized options were removed in 3.10.
