Cloned this bug to handle showing env vars from builder images correctly when they use the NAME VALUE syntax and not the NAME=VALUE syntax

I actually can't reproduce any issues with images that were created using Dockerfiles with the NAME VALUE syntax because it appears something in either docker build or the API is normalizing everything to NAME=VALUE

@trogers do you have steps for how you were reproducing an issue using the NAME VALUE syntax?
