perl-YAML-Parser-Syck cannot be installed in F27 because "syck" package was removed from the distribution.

Please retire perl-YAML-Parser-Syck.

The same problem is in F26.

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database.  Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

The package was retired in branches F26 and F27.

This packages are still not blocked in the YUM repositories (koji list-pkgs --show-blocked --package=perl-YAML-Parser-Syck). Resolve it with rel-engs.
