Fixed upstream master: https://pagure.io/freeipa/c/01b207bcd5ea53f7f588771c530318cab1f9d0ef https://pagure.io/freeipa/c/6472a107d6b4f231dd9d9d8587ba550dfa8b0b0a
Test cases are provided: ipatests/test_xmlrpc/test_hostgroup_plugin.py:TestHostGroup::test_rename_hostgroup() and test_rename_ipaservers().
xmlrpc tests added are sufficient to verify this, no additional test cases needed.
