Description of problem:
openstack-nova.spec contains milestone line. This breaks 'rdopkg patch', which has recently been modified to work with upstream changes with respect to milestones. No other rhos dist-git branch contains a milestone line in openstack-nova.spec. Its presence causes rdopkg to become confused and use the wrong version when looking for new patches.
