Description of problem: Services: My Services tree does not show services that are marked as display false.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Services -> My Services explorer
2. It does not show Services that are marked as display false in database in the tree, even tho such services do show on the right side in the list view.
3.

Actual results: Services missing from the tree that are marked as display false


Expected results: All services should show up in the tree as well as on the right side.
