Description of problem:

The man page for iscsi-iname states the following

"  [-p=]prefix
              Use the prefix passed in instead of the default "iqn.2005-03.org.open-iscsi"

However the actual default prefix used is "iqn.1994-05.com.redhat"

iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.873-33.el7_2.1.x86_64

Default prefix is displayed correctly with iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.874-6.el7.x86_64
