Description of problem:
I'm trying to build sysbench for EPEL 7, which is set to build for the same arches as luajit, as it needs it. It works fine for Fedora, but fails on EPEL 7, as luajit was not enabling aarch64 when it was built.

luajit-2.0.4-3.el7

luajit-2.0.4-5 has aarch64 enabled for both Fedora and EPEL.

Sorry for the noise, I've misread the spec. luajit 2.0.4 has no support for aarch64, only %{arm}.
