Doc will be updated to describe mount w/version 3, and the write timer used to implement it.

I'm also submitting a version of downstream doc for upstream (with permission) which should make v10.2.8.

At this point it looks like the outstanding work is all docs.

I've added a mention of the NFS v3 at the beginning. NFS v3 has been in the docs for awhile now.

This bug was first created for NFSv3 Tech preview over a period it was moved to documentation. Documentation of NFSv3 is tracked in this bz: 1437913

Moving this bug to verified state. Test case for the NFSv3 are updated in Polarion.
