Description of problem: The repository http://cbs.centos.org/repos/nfv7-opendaylight-5-testing is added and enabled by default. There is no option of disabling this repository or using a different one. It can be a problem when update is executed. This change is a better solution for what you were looking for Itzik. https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/63239/ Instead of just disabling repo config you can directly use puppet-opendaylight do do your downstream config.
