Description of problem:
The repository http://cbs.centos.org/repos/nfv7-opendaylight-5-testing is added and enabled by default.
There is no option of disabling this repository or using a different one.
It can be a problem when update is executed.

@Daniel, @Tim,

Can you please review this bug? It looks like one patch is merged but the other still needs workflow. At this point let's focus on Pike/RHOSP 12.. we don't care about previous versions.

This change is a better solution for what you were looking for Itzik.

Instead of just disabling repo config you can directly use puppet-opendaylight do do your downstream config.
